3. Services Provided

• RuralLink AI delivers AI-generated responses via SMS for educational, healthcare, agricultural, and other informational purposes.
• The service is available to users in Kenya and may expand to other regions.
• We strive to provide accurate and timely information but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information when using our services.
• Misuse of the platform, including spam or offensive content, will result in suspension.
• Users must not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.

5. Charges & Payments

• SMS services may be subject to fees determined by your mobile carrier.
• Any applicable service charges will be communicated in advance.
• RuralLink AI is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your mobile network provider.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
• Lawful Basis for Processing: We only collect and process personal data for clear and lawful purposes, such as delivering services and improving user experience.
• Data Subject Rights: As a user, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

9. Termination & Suspension

• We may terminate or suspend access if a user violates these Terms.
• Users may stop using the service at any time by opting out.

• RuralLink AI complies with Kenyan telecommunication laws and the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019).
